Ryan Hakes – CEO & Team Leader

As CEO and Team Leader of Grace & Agape Real Estate Services, LLC, Ryan Hakes is committed to serving clients with excellence, integrity, and a heart for helping others through one of life’s most important decisions.

Ryan is an active member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR), Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He earned his degree from Indiana University, completed Realtor certification through RECP, and holds a Managing Broker license in the State of Indiana.

A lifelong Hoosier since 1976, Ryan brings deep local market knowledge and more than 15 years of real estate experience across a wide range of transactions—from foreclosures and investment properties to multi-million-dollar spec home sales. With more than 250 successful closings, Ryan is known for helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence and clarity.

Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys spending time in nature, serving on various outreach ministry teams through ITOWN Church, and mentoring individuals through Kairos Prison Ministry. His faith-centered approach to life and business reflects a genuine passion for serving others and making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the real estate industry.
